I have been in Ministry for 23 years and have served as Youth and Children's Pastor, Associate Pastor with emphasis on Missions and Discipleship, Worship Leader, and I am currently pastoring a church in the revitalization process. LAD MINISTRIES is based on the little boy from the gospel of John that gave what little he had and God used it to bless the multitude and bring glory to God. I believe that God will take my gifts and obedience and use what little I have to offer to bring Him glory. I also believe He will do the same for the Church that sees their need for revitalization.Â

LAD MINISTRIES is a nonprofit tax exempt ministry here to help churches clarify vision, make disciples, and find healthy growth. I understand that what works for one church may not necessarily work for another church so we want to be authentic to who you are, where you are, when you are while remaining true to the Scriptures. True revitalization is a supernatural work of God to restore health in the church by submission o God's Word, right relationships among God's people, and a renewed commitment to Great Commission Ministry. LAD MINISTRIES has designed training to help church import in many areas including evangelism, discipleship, community outreach, youth ministry, missions, and worship in revitalization.
